You must provide accurate information. Baytee is not liable for damages, data loss, or service issues resulting from misuse or violation of app rules.

6. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your data by contacting support@baytee.ly.

7. Delete Account

If you wish to permanently delete your Baytee account, please:

1. Email support@baytee.ly with subject: Delete My Account.
2. Include the email or phone number linked to your account.
3. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Note: Deleting your account removes your profile, properties, and history. Some data may be kept if legally required.

8. Delete Data (without deleting account)

If you want to delete only some data:

1. Email support@baytee.ly with subject: Delete My Data.
2. Specify which data to delete (e.g., personal info, listings, photos).
3. We will confirm deletion within 7 business days.

Note: Some data may be retained for legal, security, or regulatory reasons.

This policy may be updated; changes will be posted in the app and on our website.

11. Google Sign-In

Users may choose to sign in using their Google account. When using this feature, we may receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. This information is used solely for authentication and account creation within the app. We do not access your Google account beyond the information required for login.

We do not use Google account data for advertising purposes or user profiling.
